Our Leadership Team
Ausra and Jeff Robison launched LincolnPark FamilyCare (LPFC) in early 2015. Jointly, they are responsible to provide our clients thorough and detailed care assessments, care plans, and living assistance through the most dynamic non-medical in-home care team available to Chicago’s North Side seniors.
In their spare time, Ausra and Jeff participate in non-profit volunteerism to address senior-focused topics, challenges, solutions, and action plans for our residents.
Ausra Robison
Principal
Ausra has provided care to seniors for more than twenty years. She started her career as a hospital nurse, later providing individual companion care and physical therapy to Chicago area seniors. In co-founding LPFC, she is now able to infuse her compassion, warmth, and enthusiasm for seniors throughout our professional care team. At her core, Ausra enjoys the rewards of personal connections with seniors, and the fulfillment of helping others on a personal level.
Ausra is focused not only on coordinating our seniors’ in-home care, but care that is mutually fulfilling to our clients and caregivers. This helps LPFC deliver on our intent to attract and retain the most skilled, dynamic, and compassionate caregivers on Chicago’s North Side.
Jeff Robison
Principal
Prior to co-founding LPFC, Jeff pursued a 25-year career in marketing and advertising. Posed with an opportunity to launch a business with his wife and to provide care to Chicago’s seniors, he jumped! Jeff has since become a voracious consumer of information surrounding aging issues in America, and the challenges, opportunities, and solutions for seniors as they strive to remain independent, happy, and healthy. Jeff actively participates and volunteers at Chicago’s Senior Centers, serves on the 47th Ward Senior Council, and is active in various North Side Chambers of Commerce.
Jeff is focused on helping to educate seniors on the many options available to them as they seek to remain independent, or get the help they need. To do this, he develops seamless partnerships with providers of senior services across Chicago’s senior care spectrum, (including government services, non-profits, and fellow service providers). He looks to make sure seniors are informed in the multitude of services available to them, and provide seniors appropriate response when LPFC can offer solutions to meet some of their needs.
